The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.
In this role, you will:
The Co-Brand Card Product Owner will be responsible for working with Co-Brand partner teams and Agile Blueprint model. The successful candidate(s) will interact closely with other Co-Brand and General Purpose Card Product Owners to supplement business cases, ensure executed stories do not negatively affect other value-streams, and stay aligned to overall organizational objectives. The Product Owner will work with Product Management on vision to curate Customer Journey Epics into a prioritized backlog of features to define a path that optimizes short-term tactical actions along with long-term strategic objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, acts on behalf of the Co-Brand Card Line of Business for key initiatives
Collaboratively builds the team product roadmap based on strategy and ongoing input from Product Management and key stakeholders
Provides insight and leadership based upon prior agile methodology and team adoption
Contributes to the creation of the product vision and alignment of strategic priorities with key business and technology stakeholders
Analyzes feasibility of solutions, cost of delay ramifications, or other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product
Communicates the product and customer journey vision to teams outside their portfolio functional area (e.g. manages cross-team dependencies within the defined Customer Journey(s)
Supports the development of Features, Users Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure their partner teams maintain a healthy ‘groomed’ backlog and produce a continuous flow of work
Engage risk subject matter experts to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance guidelines
Consults heavily with technology and non-technical business partners
Contributes in customer-driven design and usability testing for their portion(s) of the customer journey or credit card value-chain
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in supporting product delivery impacting programs tied to lending products
Experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products
Experience identifying and analyzing root cause issues within a program or product
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels
Strong product management experience that includes experience driving product execution, prioritization, outcome-based road map and strategy creation as well as implementation.
Advanced skills in agile methodology including experience in planning and refinement of epics and features, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data driven decisions under pressure
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels
Experience working cross functionally between the business and technology

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
