Our retail, CPG client is seeking an eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager to join their eCommerce team. This role will be 40 hours per week and will be fully remote.
The ideal candidate has a paid search background with hands-on-keyboard experience, either coming from the client side managing retail media or agency background working on client side business.
eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager Duties:
- Work close with outside agency partner to build search plans for campaigns on Amazon AMS, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart and Roundel
- Educate agency on brand/SKU objectives, customer priorities and internal goals
- Ensure agency is aligned on objectives, maximizing sales, ROAS and KPIs
- Serve as an internal retail eCommerce performance marketing expert
- Ability to troubleshoot strategy when campaigns underperform for optimization and maximizing ROAS
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape on digital-centric initiatives
- Build a strong partnership with Sales and Brand teams to keep them aware of upcoming campaign launches, ongoing performance and performance results
- A work station will be provided
Must Have:
- 2+ years retail, search, eCommerce performance marketing experience
- Brand side or agency background
- Experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on retailer.com (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.)
- Agency-management experience
- Strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approaches
- Strong story-telling ability to make recommendations and steer decision making
- Knowledge of Pacvue, CIQ

- Can work autonomously
- Confident, can have a voice during meetings and own piece of the business
