Job Description
As an Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will fuel the recruiting pipeline by sourcing qualified leads, connecting with seasoned advisor candidates, and executing targeted territory recruitment strategies. You will lead outbound engagement efforts and collaborate with Regional and Divisional Directors to consistently build and nurture a robust top-of-funnel talent flow.Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing:Conduct outbound dialing, email/drip campaigns, and targeted outreach to generate qualified advisor leads. Screen candidates, handle objections, and influence interest to secure meetings with Recruiting Directors.
- Pipeline Management: Manage CRM/ESA entries, maintain accurate candidate records, and build a consistent pipeline across multiple platforms and geographies. Proactively engage with the field (RDs, Branch Managers, FVPs, MFREs and DDs) and experienced advisors to ensure sourced candidates are progressing through the pipeline.
- Partnership & Collaboration:Support Regional and Divisional Directors by understanding territory needs, travel rotations, and candidate profiles. Participate in POD discussions by sharing updates, risks, and opportunities.
- Market & Business Insight: Maintain foundational understanding of Ameriprise products, value proposition, and competitive dynamics. Leverage territory and marketplace knowledge to tailor outreach and overcome candidate objections.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- 2-3 years of recruiting, sourcing or related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cold calling experience strongly preferred.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain disciplined data accuracy.
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
