As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our products. Assisting a dynamic reliability engineering team, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies, plans, and processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will conduct reliability testing and provide technical guidance to facilitate the team and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Orange, TX location.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our products, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations. Your strategic technical capabilities will shape and implement robust reliability engineering processes, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Through meticulous analysis of product failure data and the application of corrective actions, you will fortify our products against vulnerabilities, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will not only resolve immediate reliability demands but will also establish a proactive and integrated approach to product development. By championing comprehensive reliability testing and providing expert technical guidance, you will contribute to a paradigm shift in our dedication to excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes to enhance the overall reliability and performance of products.
* Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.
* Work with cross-functional teams to address reliability issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct reliability testing and analysis to validate and verify product performance under various conditions.
* Provide technical expertise, guidance, and facilitation to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
* Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics, tools, and techniques.
* Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
