Job Description
We're seeking a talented UX Designer to lead the user experience strategy and execution across ecommerce websites and companion mobile applications. This role is ideal for a user-centered designer who can translate business goals and customer insights into intuitive digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction across web and mobile platforms.
- Location: Lutz, FL (Onsite; Remote Considered)
- Duration: 3 months
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
- Experience Required: 3+ years
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the user experience across ecommerce websites and companion mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and customer insights into intuitive digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design seamless experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion paths.
- Support ongoing optimization efforts through user feedback, testing insights, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience, including work on both websites and native mobile applications.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful digital product experiences.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience conducting usability reviews and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Knowledge of ecommerce UX best practices and conversion-focused design strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
