Overview:
Our client, a leading name in sports, fashion, and lifestyle retail, is seeking a Full Time Video Content Creator to join their team onsite 5 days per week. With a strong presence across North America this organization has built partnerships and collaborations with iconic global sports and activewear brands, creating a community where fans, fashion, and culture come together.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller with experience producing social media and podcast video content. The ideal candidate brings a passion for visual storytelling, strong technical production skills, and the ability to create dynamic, engaging content from concept through final delivery. You'll play a key role in shaping multimedia content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead video and photo content production for marketing, social media, and internal communications
- Create engaging video, motion, and multimedia content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement
- Develop creative concepts and produce short-form, social-first video content
- Produce content for multiple digital channels, including social platforms and in-store digital screens
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end production processes, from planning and filming through post-production
- Oversee vendors, freelancers, production budgets, equipment, and content libraries
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns, promotions, events, and digital content
- Deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices while driving creative innovation
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of video production and photography experience
- Experience producing social media and podcast video content
- Expertise in video, audio, and graphic editing using Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile editing applications such as CapCut and Vids
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong creative concepting, video production, and post-production skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working with a lifestyle retail or consumer brand environment preferred
