The Role
The Corporate Services and CFO Talent & Learning team, in partnership with key stakeholders and business partners, builds holistic learning and talent solutions that optimize associate performance and ensures we have the right talent, in the right roles at the right time. You'll use your expertise in Talent & Learning to support associate development and talent strategies in Corporate Services and the CFO Group. You will conduct research, analyze data, facilitate meetings and learning, consult with business partners, and collaborate with a variety of roles across Corporate Services and the CFO Group. The Value You Deliver
- Experience understanding critical organizational needs by conducting needs assessment and skill gap identification to inform learning and talent priorities.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and experts to identify associate training needs.
- Experience facilitating development experiences and talent reviews across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates partnership with the broader Talent and HR team.
- Lead instruction design and development projects and ensures that the project is delivered on time.
- Ability to implement large scale programs in person and virtually.
- Ensure that the work you do is aligned to organizational strategy.
- Develop project plans and ensures that the project is completed within the timeline and budget.
- Embraces a data mindset, establishing data insights to inform talent development and success of talent and learning initiatives.
- Provide leadership and general direction to junior team members.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-10 years of progressive talent experience in a variety of disciplines including consulting, learning, leadership development, performance management and change management.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations.
- Ability to learn quickly and simplify concepts for others.
- Analytical orientation with the demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and package data.
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable with changing priorities
- Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee simultaneous development projects
- Strong skills in learning analysis, design, development, and evaluation methods
- Strong facilitation skills, especially in a virtual context with tools like Zoom
- Ability to establish rapport with leaders, managers, and associates.
- Excellent presentation, speaking and communication (verbal and written) skills, ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link, talent, development to key business initiative.
- Experience working and managing vendor relationships.
