Job Description:
The Contracts Document Specialist manages the contracts team mailbox by assisting internal business partners with their requests and questions. The Contracts Document Specialist will work closely with sales, relationship management and implementation teams to drive efficient contract processes in support of Fidelity's defined contribution, defined benefit, tax exempt and health & welfare practices. In addition, the Contracts Document Specialist will work on multiple internal contract tasks such as reporting, importing documents, projects, and processing workflows.The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in areas of operations, process improvement, project management, and/or internal controls

- Ability to work productively in a team environment and support common goals.
- Exposure to Defined Contribution (US retirement service industry) is a plus, but not required.

- Ensuring efficient and seamless delivery of contracting services and integrating the contracting process into business unit's processes and procedures
- Acting as a liaison across multiple functions

The Contracts team is an organization of professionals who lead the legal, risk and business contractual framework for trust and other service agreements with our Workplace Investing clients. We are part of the larger Workplace Investing Organization. We are client-facing associates who partner closely with the business and internal legal teams in all phases of the contracting process.
