Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Analyst in Green Bay to provide analytic support to the daily operations of one of Schneider's customer accounts. The Customer Service Analyst will complete compliance reporting and will work closely with buyers, account managers and the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Have a deep understanding of the customer's supply chain strategy and objectives.
- Evaluate the customer's needs and provide input in areas such as pricing, service and rate structure.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
- Make profit-based decisions.
- Lead meetings with the customer on a regular basis to provide direction and feedback.
- Assist with the customer's billing process.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, computer science, math or finance.
- One to two years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good at problem solving.
