Job Summary

Solar Energy World, now a wholly owned Comcast company is seeking a Solar Installation Field Supervisor, with experience on residential solar sites. As a leader of our installation teams, our Install Supervisor will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team. As a member of the management team, the Solar Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.

Job Description

  • 5+ years of solar install experience leadership required

Core Responsibilities

  • Meeting with crew leads prior to installation to review project blueprints, details, timelines, and expectations
  • Overseeing safety and quality control
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members during installation, including answering questions pertaining to materials and tools
  • Reviewing project photos in detail and scheduling remaining tasks left from projects
  • Leading the solar panel installation team in executing projects according to specifications and safety standards
  • Handling damage control for accidents occurred at install
  • Conducting routine meetings to go over current policies, discuss current issues with install, and announce events and changes
  • Making site visits during installation to meet with customers and check project progress
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize installation processes
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $36.72 - $60.96

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
