Senior Associate, Tagging & Measurement
Position Overview
Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Digital Tag Manager who will be responsible for implementing an effective measurement framework for web tagging and reporting.
This will be a remote or hybrid position based in Indianapolis IN. This is a flexible role that will be up to 32 or up to 40hrs per week (more details upon application) for approximately one year, with potential to extend. A laptop will be provided. Candidates preferred who are willing to work in varying time zones across the globe to support business partner requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a foundational website measurement approach based on user engagement principles, including tracking website goals and conversions, to report on performance and inform optimization recommendations for the business.
- Identify and develop integrated data collection strategies to provide reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure website, digital campaigns, and conversion funnel performance.
- Help implement strategic tagging framework, implementation approach and governance, including a process for monitoring tags to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Refine standardized dashboards, using tools including Google Data Studio and Tableau across the enterprise for monthly reporting.
- Ensure that tags are firing correctly and that the data collected is accurate and reliable.
- Proactively identify and communicate obstacles whenever possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics and Adobe Data Collection (Launch).
- Experience working in a heavily regulated environment, preferably pharma.
- Experience with QA and ensuring all tags are firing properly.
- Ability to utilize data and analytics to track key execution measures.
- A Google Analytics Certification is preferred.
- Experience working in a tagging governance tool (e.g., Tag Inspector, ObservePoint) is preferred.
- Experience with urchin tracking modules and Google Data Studio is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK is preferred.
